Key Responsibilities:

  • personal loan

  • Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.

  • Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Ensure proper documentation and coordinate with the backend team for loan processing.

  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professional ethics.
