Personal Loan Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Personal Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves sourcing potential customers, understanding their loan requirements, and offering suitable personal loan products to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and partner channels. Meet potential customers to understand their personal loan requirements. Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation process. Assist customers in completing the loan application and documentation. Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and disbursements. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals. Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and lending guidelines
