About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have prior PA experience, strong financial knowledge, and expertise in MIS reporting. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the MD and contribute to strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, and travel schedules.
• Prepare MIS dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Assist in financial tracking, budgeting, and analysis.
• Act as a liaison between MD and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Support strategic decision-making with data insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• MBA with prior experience as a PA to senior management/MD.
• Strong financial and MIS knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• High level of integrity, proactivity, and attention to detail.
