Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in his daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong background in administration.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate the MD's schedule, ensuring timely appointments and meetings.

Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
