Position: Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented

Personal Assistant

to support our Managing Director (MD) in managing business and personal priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and the capacity to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize the MD’s

calendar, meetings, and priorities

efficiently.Review, prioritize, and summarize the MD’s

email inbox daily

, ensuring prompt action on critical matters.Prepare and maintain a

daily to-do/action list

from emails and meeting outcomes.

Track, follow up, and ensure closure

of all pending tasks and commitments.Coordinate

business and personal travel logistics

, including flights, visas, accommodation, and itineraries.Draft, format, and send

professional communication

(emails, WhatsApp messages, official documents).Maintain

digital records, files, and databases

for contracts, tenders, and key documentation.Act as a

liaison with partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders

, ensuring seamless communication.Support the MD’s

personal productivity

, including reminders, appointments, and personal errands.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years’ experience

as a Personal or Executive Assistant to senior management.

Excellent English communication

skills (spoken and written).Proficiency with

Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Excel

, and task management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana).Highly

organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

with strong multitasking abilities.Ability to

work discreetly

and handle sensitive/confidential information.

Preferred/Good To Have

Experience supporting

senior leadership

in

technology, engineering, or operations-driven environments

.Familiarity with

international travel planning

and

event coordination

.Basic understanding of

contracts, tenders, and business processes

.Skills: gmail,emails,databases,notion,trello,files,microsoft excel,whatsapp messages,google calendar,to-do/action list,organize the md's calendar,personal assistant,communication,fluency in english language,good personality,immediate joiner
