Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Role Overview: As a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director (MD) in our company located at Rajdhani Park, Delhi, you will play a crucial role in supporting the MD in various administrative tasks. You are urgently required to be a female PA with a graduate qualification and a minimum of 5 years of experience for this full-time, permanent position. Key Responsibilities: - Manage schedules by creating and maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, conferences, and events. - Handle communication by answering phone calls, emails, and faxes, preparing materials such as presentations, reports, and correspondence. - Arrange travel plans including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. - Manage documents, file important papers, monitor office systems, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. - Research business functions or projects, liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff. - Provide support during presentations and assist with daily time management.
