Indica Industries needs GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEES Noida Indica Industries, an ISO 9001/TS16949 and ISO 13485 company, is a leading supplier to the automotive industry with manufacturing units at several locations in India. The selected candidates will undergo 1 year training in our Operations at Noida and then be absorbed in the management cadre in one of our Units. If after successful completion of training the candidate is deputed to one of our outstation Units then bachelor accommodation will be provided. Consolidated Stipend during the training period will be Rs 18000 per month. Fresh Mechanical engineering graduates may apply. Candidates should be proficient in English with good Excel skills. Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to the Managing Director (MD) to provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage schedules, communicate effectively, and handle various administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities Manage and organize the MD's calendar and appointments Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared in advance Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries for the MD Maintain and update filing systems and records Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports as required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role (2-12 years of experience) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team
