Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the MD s calendar, including scheduling meetings, and task follow up.
  • Support the MD in managing key projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Take detailed meeting minutes, make notes and follow up on action items.
  • Act as the point of contact between the MD and the staff.
  • Conduct research and prepare background information of a project or idea as required.
  • Maintain trust and integrity in all interactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Calendar, Teams) and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs.
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or directors is preferred.
