Role Overview: As a Personal Assistant, your role will involve efficiently managing the Director's schedule by organizing meetings, appointments, and events. You will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses. Additionally, you will arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes for accurate record-keeping. Your responsibilities will also include planning comprehensive travel itineraries, managing visa applications, assisting in document preparation, maintaining confidentiality, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently manage the Director's schedule by organizing meetings, appointments, and events. - Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses. - Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes for accurate record-keeping. - Plan comprehensive travel itineraries, manage visa applications, and assist in document preparation. - Maintain confidentiality and provide administrative support.
