Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and industry trends. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication (English, Hindi & Marathi) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive in the Tendering & Documentation department to support bidding for Government, SECI, DISCOM, Renewable Energy (RE) and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) tenders. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation in solar energy systems, a thorough understanding of tendering and contractual procedures, and the ability to manage end-to-end documentation and coordination with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate relevant government and PSU tenders, highlighting key eligibility, technical and commercial requirements for management review. - Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents, ensuring compliance with tender terms and timelines. - Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, finance, legal) for inputs, approvals, and submissions. - Track tender clarifications, corrigenda, submissions, and results. - Prepare supporting documentation including PQ documents, affidavits, Power of Attorney, and other statutory forms. - Maintain organized records of all project-related documents, approvals, and communications. - Ensure all submissions comply with statutory and regulatory standards. - Support evaluation of solar project layouts, specifications, and BOQs. - Liaise with vendors, EPC partners, and consultants for required inputs and price bid preparation. - Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, nodal agencies, and industry participants. - Stay updated on policy developments, tender guidelines, and sectoral reforms in renewable energy. Desired Candidate Profile Education: ● B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy Engineering, or a related field. Experience: ● 2–3 years of experience in tendering, documentation, or project coordination for solar or renewable energy projects. Technical Knowledge: ● Strong understanding of solar PV systems, project execution workflows, and regulatory processes. ● Familiarity with tendering platforms such as GeM, CPP, and other e-tendering portals.
