Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in Bijapur. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the executive's schedule, handling clerical and administrative tasks, and providing executive assistance. Day-to-day tasks include diary management, organizing meetings, managing calls and correspondence, preparing reports, and ensuring the CEO has all necessary information and materials for meetings and appointments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance
• Proficiency in Diary Management and Clerical Skills
• Strong Administrative Assistance skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
