Key Responsibilities: 🧠 Executive & Admin Support Manage calendar, meetings, travel plans, and daily schedule Filter and respond to emails/messages on behalf of CEO when required Draft professional emails, reports, and communication 📦 E-commerce & Business Ops Assist in coordinating with Amazon/Flipkart/Zepto teams Update product tracking sheets, monitor inventory alerts, prepare Excel dashboards Follow up with suppliers, track POs, manage invoices and payments 🧱 Construction & Project Coordination Track progress of Magcrete construction projects Prepare status reports, site visit checklists, and client documentation Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for material updates or approvals 👥 Team Coordination Follow up on daily team updates across marketing, operations, and warehouse Track deliverables, KRAs, and deadlines Maintain confidentiality in all dealings 📲 Personal Task Management Handle errands, appointment scheduling, shopping, event planning Assist with travel bookings, medical checkups, and reminders Required Skills: Excellent communication (Hindi & English) Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, WhatsApp Web, and Notion (or similar tools) Smart follow-up habits, attention to detail, and a “get-it-done” attitude Time management and problem-solving Discretion and loyalty (you’ll be trusted with sensitive info) Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, construction processes, or finance Prior experience as EA/PA/Virtual Assistant Willingness to travel occasionally or work odd hours if needed Work Environment: Flexible timings, but availability required during peak work hours Hybrid work with occasional travel or site visits Direct reporting and regular check-ins with the CEO Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonuses and growth path into business operations
