About the Role:

Join ShftX's dynamic E-commerce Team, where you'll play a vital role in driving the success of our online operations. As an E-commerce Executive, you will contribute to end-to-end processes including product listings, order fulfillment, inventory management, and data-driven performance tracking.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, supporting the growth of ShftX's online presence and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing Management:

• Create and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Ensure all product listings are accurate, complete, and optimized for search visibility.
• Manage product attributes, images, descriptions, and specifications for consistency and quality.
• Update product listings in case of price changes, stock updates, or other necessary revisions.

Order Processing & Fulfilment:

• Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely processing and shipment.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and track inventory levels.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Track key performance metrics, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory turnover.
• Assist with preparing weekly/monthly reports and recommend strategies for performance improvement.

Marketing & Promotions:

• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, flash sales, and discount offers.
• Upload banners, update offers, and monitor campaign performance across channels.
• Assist in managing social media integrations and online brand visibility.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams iincluding marketing, logistics, finance, and design to ensure seamless execution of online operations.
• Support new platform onboarding and assist with integration or marketplace setup.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Education: MBA degree (freshers welcome) or an undergraduate degree with up to 2 years of E-commerce operations or digital marketplace management.

Core Skills:

• Strong knowledge of platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage tasks effectively and collaborate across teams.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience in data tracking.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while seeking guidance when necessary.
• Adaptable to thrive in a dynamic, high-performance work environment.
