Job Description

Personal Assistant to the CEO


Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required
  • Maintain and organize records, documents, and files
  • Handle travel arrangements, event planning, and logistics
  • Support in follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
