Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in Gurugram with mostly work from home. The Personal Assistant will handle executive administrative assistance, personal assistance, diary management, clerical tasks, and general administrative assistance. Day-to-day tasks include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel plans, handling correspondence, taking follow-ups from different teams and assisting with various personal and professional tasks to support the CEO. The candidate must have a valid Passport since travel (domestic and International) will be required once a while.


Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Personal Assistance and Diary Management skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Hospitality Background preferred
