Role Description

The Herbal Earth is seeking a diligent and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the executive team. This is a full-time off-site position located in Rajasthan, India. The Personal Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, and provide seamless communication on behalf of the executives. Additional responsibilities include clerical support and ensuring efficient organization of correspondence and tasks.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator (1–5 years preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in

  English & Hindi

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in

  MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  and email management
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Good coordination skills for meetings, travel, and follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of documentation, invoicing, and office administration
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
