Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Experience: Minimum 3 months (Mandatory)

Industry: Luxury Weddings | Events | Hospitality

Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, professional, and highly reliable Personal Assistant who can provide end-to-end executive support. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, proactive follow-ups, and physical presence during meetings, rehearsals, events, and travel as required. This position involves working closely with the founder and being available for on-ground coordination at event locations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily calendar, meetings, calls, and schedules
  • Answer, screen, and manage all incoming calls professionally
  • Set timely reminders and ensure adherence to schedules
  • Maintain clear notes, MOMs, action points, and task trackers
  • Perform regular follow-ups on all ongoing tasks and commitments
  • Coordinate meetings, travel plans, rehearsals, and event schedules
  • Be physically present during meetings, rehearsals, events, and travel when required. All travel, meals, and accommodation expenses will be borne by the company.
  • Act as the primary point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and executive support
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 months of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant (mandatory)
  • Smart, well-groomed, and professionally presentable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and long, flexible working hours
  • Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working closely with leadership in a fast-paced environment
