Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Nagpur, for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will provide executive administrative support, manage schedules and diaries, handle clerical duties, and ensure efficient communication on behalf of the executive. Responsibilities include organizing and prioritizing tasks, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure seamless workflow.

Qualifications

Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to efficiently support executive-level tasks and operations.
Effective Communication skills to facilitate information flow, correspondence, and professional interactions.
Diary Management skills to organize schedules, meetings, appointments, and events.
Strong Clerical Skills to manage documentation, filing, and general office tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in time management and multitasking.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Prior experience as a personal or administrative assistant is preferred.
A degree or certification in business administration or a related field is advantageous.
