Job Description

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and phone calls on behalf of the manager.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in personal tasks and errands as assigned.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on pending matters, and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
