Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform various tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle confidential correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as required.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management by preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Manage daily calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant).
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.A.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) with strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high level of professionalism.
