To further strengthen our leadership team, we are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Personal Assistant (PA) to the CMD who will provide high-level executive and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CMD.
• Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Handle travel arrangements (domestic & international), hotel bookings, and logistics.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and other communications.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive information.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of CMD.
• Monitor tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support CMD in business meetings, conferences, and events.
• Perform any other administrative or organizational tasks assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration/Management preferred).
• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
