Job Description

Job Overview: The Personal Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and personal support to CEO, ensuring the efficient operation of both professional and personal activities. This role requires handling a range of tasks, from managing schedules and communication to organizing personal care and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar and Schedule Management:
  • Schedule and organize professional and personal appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Prioritize and manage calendars to avoid conflicts and ensure timely reminders.
  • Coordinate with various parties for scheduling needs.
  • Project Assistance:
  • Assist with project coordination, tracking milestones, and deadlines.
  • Prepare project-related documentation and reports.
  • Communicate project updates and follow-up with team members as needed
  • Personal Care and Activities:
  • Coordinate and manage personal appointments, such as medical visits, family events, and personal errands.
  • Plan and organize personal activities, including leisure and wellness activities, Physical Interactions as needed.
  • Provide support in maintaining a healthy work-life balance by managing stressors and personal commitments.
  • Communication:
  • Handle and respond to phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the supervisor.
  • Draft and proofread business and personal communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between the supervisor and clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Confidentiality:
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and personal privacy requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
