Job Description:

Labhanya Technologies is looking for a confident and highly organized Personal Assistant (Female) to provide direct administrative and professional support to senior management. The ideal candidate should have a proactive personality, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to handle responsibilities independently with discretion and professionalism.

This role requires strong coordination, note-taking, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders
  • Take accurate meeting notes, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules efficiently
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow and task execution
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support management in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Handle travel coordination, meeting arrangements, and office coordination when required

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent spoken and written English (very important)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and professional personality
  • Ability to take quick and accurate notes during meetings and calls
  • Must be comfortable working in an office-based role
  • Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and confidentiality

  • Excellent organizational & time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Professional email drafting and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Calm, composed, and confident under pressure
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Presentable personality with positive attitude

Technical & Office Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good typing speed and documentation skills
  • Comfortable with online meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams)
  • Basic knowledge of office operations and administration

Preferred / Additional Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience working with senior leadership or founders
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks without reminders
  • Professional etiquette for client and partner interactions

Education Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
  • Additional certifications in administration or communication are a plus
