Key Responsibilities

🔅Administrative & Executive Support🔅Manage the Directors’ daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.🔅Handle all email, call, and written correspondence on behalf of the Directors with professionalism and confidentiality.🔅Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, meeting notes, and documentation.🔅Track tasks, deadlines, and important follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow.🔅Operations & Liaison🔅Act as the point of contact between the Directors and internal/external stakeholders.🔅Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of tasks and reporting.🔅Manage confidential documents, records, and office systems efficiently

Requirements
