Personal Assistant cum Reporting Manager

As a PA/Admin Head at EcomaxGo, a Govt of India backed startup based out of Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, your role will involve assisting the founders as a PA/Secretary. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the first point of contact for callers, handling emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages, or highlighting them for the manager's attention. - Managing diaries, organizing meetings and appointments, and often controlling access to the manager/executive. - Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation. - Organizing events and conferences. - Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines. - Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. - Managing databases and filing systems. - Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. - Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients. - Collating and filing expenses. - Miscellaneous tasks to support the manager, such as completing corporate governance reporting or conducting research. You will be responsible for managing the office's administration, expenses, and other duties assigned to you. This may involve assigning tasks to teams, ensuring timely reports and updates, and meeting deadlines. Additionally, you must be open to travel for office work and meetings. As a leader and animal lover in a pet-friendly office, you should possess good oratory skills, leadership qualities, and resourcefulness to effectively accomplish tasks.
