Personal Assistant

Designation: EA to CHRO Only Apply if Ready to travel pan India. Key Responsibilities:  - Administrative Support: Managing the CHRO's calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence.  - Project Management: Assisting with HR projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.  - Communication: Handling emails, phone calls, and other communications for the CHRO. Data Management: Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for the CHRO. Specific Tasks:  - Calendar Management: Managing the CHRO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel.  - Meeting Coordination: Organizing and coordinating meetings, both internal and external, for the CHRO.  - Document Preparation: Preparing presentations, reports, and other documents for the CHRO.  - Special Projects: Working on special projects as requested by the CHRO.  - Data Analysis: Analyzing data and providing insights to support the CHRO's decision-making.  - Relationship Building: Building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors Skills and Qualities: Strong organizational and time management, Excellent communication skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Ability to handle confidential information, Strong interpersonal skills, Proactive and detail-oriented.
