PERN Stack Developer

About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced PERN Stack Developer who can independently build and scale full-stack applications from scratch. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in TypeScript, React.js, PostgreSQL, and Node.js, along with a solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and responsive UI/UX design.

Experience with LLMs, RAG architecture, Kafka, Redis, webhooks, and cloud-native deployments is essential. You’ll be working on highly scalable systems, enterprise-grade platforms, and AI-integrated products.

Key Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js (with TypeScript) and Node.js (Express/NestJS)
● Build and document robust RESTful APIs and endpoints for web and mobile clients
● Develop and consume webhooks for third-party integrations and internal workflows
● Ensure mobile-first, responsive design principles across various devices and screen sizes
● Architect and optimize relational data models using PostgreSQL
● Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
● Work with Redis, Kafka, and Docker to build performant microservices and data pipelines
● Manage application state using Redux or Redux Toolkit
● Write and maintain unit/integration tests using Mocha, Chai, Jest, or similar frameworks
● Participate in system architecture, scalability planning, and performance optimization
● Adhere to Agile methodologies, participate in code reviews, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
● Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, DevOps, QA Engineers, and Product Managers to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills and Experience:
● Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the PERN stack
● Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React.js, Node.js (Express/NestJS), and Redux
● Deep experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with webhooks
● Strong understanding of responsive UI/UX and mobile-first development
● Expertise in PostgreSQL and experience with data modeling, query optimization, and database migrations
● Experience with Kafka, Redis, Docker, and building microservices architectures
● Exposure to LLMs (GPT/Claude/etc.) and RAG pipelines
● Familiarity with authentication, authorization, JWT, OAuth2, and API rate-limiting
● Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and quality assurance practices
● Proficient in Git, version control workflows, and collaborative development practices.

Good to Have:
● Experience with GraphQL and gRPC
● Background in building SaaS platforms or AI-integrated systems
● Familiarity with ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems
● Experience deploying and scaling apps on AWS, GCP, or Azure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,814.53 - ₹25,000.00 per month
