Perl Developer

As a Perl Developer at our company, you will be responsible for the following: **Role Overview:** You will primarily work on application code conversion from Sybase to MS SQL. The majority of the code is in Perl, and some may need to be converted to Python. In cases where conversion is not feasible, you will ensure compatible code in Perl to support the team's move towards Python for long-term sustainability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrating strong Perl development expertise - Possessing good knowledge of Python, T-SQL, and SQL Server - Familiarity with ADO/Git and release management practices - Experience in monitoring/alerting tools (nice to have) - Familiarity with automation tools (nice to have) **Qualifications Required:** - Strong expertise in Perl development - Good knowledge of Python, T-SQL, and SQL Server - Familiarity with ADO/Git and release management practices - Experience with monitoring/alerting tools and automation tools is a plus If you are interested in this role and meet the qualifications, please share your profile at hiring@devlabsalliance.com.
