Job Description:
• Lead Software Engineer What Are We Looking for in This Role- Deep expertise in PERL and PostgreSQL with extensive experience in DevOps practices (Github, Jenkins, etc).• Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members.• Strong communication skills, especially when working with geographically dispersed teams.• Experience in designing and optimizing databases and backend technologies.• Ability to architect, develop, and deploy solutions using modern tools and platforms.• Job Complexity -Responsible for complex software design, development, and deployment tasks- Handle architectural decisions and technical problem solving for business-critical solutions.• Engage with stakeholders across locations to understand requirements and deliver solutions• Supervision -- Mentor and guide junior developers, reviewing their work and supporting their growth- Supervise project tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

• Minimum Qualifications- BE B Tech MCA- 10-14 years of development experience
  • Preferred Qualifications Skills - Expertise in Perl programming- Experience with database design, DDL, and DML for PostgreSQL and or Oracle- C Programming, Oracle, Linux OS, GCP (or any cloud platform awareness)- Proficiency with development tools such as Eclipse, Visual Studio Code
