Position: Performance Test Lead

Performance Test Lead

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute
load, stress, soak, and spike tests
for APIs, web applications, and backend services.
Develop and maintain
performance test scripts
using tools such as
JMeter, OctoPerf, k6, Gatling, or LoadRunner
.
Perform
heap analysis and root-cause investigation
to identify performance bottlenecks across application layers, databases, and infrastructure.
Simulate
production-like traffic and user behavior
to ensure accurate test coverage.
Integrate performance testing into
CI/CD pipelines
for continuous monitoring and early detection of performance issues.
Leverage
APM and monitoring tools
(e.g., New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus) to capture and analyze performance metrics.
Prepare
detailed performance test reports
with insights, recommendations, and tuning suggestions to stakeholders.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to drive
system scalability and performance improvements
