Performance Tester

Responsibilities:

1.Design ,Develop ,execute Scripts using performance testing tools like JMeter ,LoadRunner.

2.Understand the SLA and gather the Non-Functional requirements from the Client Stakeholders.

3.Analyze the performance test results and good knowledge of metrics used in performance testing .

4.Understand complete SDLC process .

5.Good knowledge in JIRA process and good to have Octane .

6.Good knowledge and guide team to Execute Load test , endurance test and stress test based on performance test plan .

7.Abilty to lead the team and communicate with stakeholders on requirements .

8.Gather NFR requirements and good knowledge

9. The security related aspects - Authenticated, Encryption, Vulnerability scanning.

10. Reliability - stability over the time and Failover recovery testing

11. Usability - user experience and accessibility

12. Compatibility - able to work across the browsers, devices, and network types

13. Availability - uptime / downtime

14. Hands-on Integration of AI with Accessibility testing , OAT testing basics

15. Maintain test artifacts(Test plan and Test summary report ) for each release.

16. Implement and hands-on experience CI/CD using Jenkins or any respective tools.
