Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester with strong hands-on expertise in LoadRunner, JMeter, and Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performance analysis, test execution, and monitoring using tools like Dynatrace, ensuring optimal system performance and scalability across applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and execute performance testing strategies for complex applications.

• Analyze system behavior under load and identify performance bottlenecks.

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to fine-tune system performance.

• Utilize LoadRunner, JMeter, and Dynatrace for performance validation, monitoring, and reporting.

• Manage and maintain test environments, data setup, and configuration.

• Prepare detailed performance test reports and recommend optimization strategies.

• Integrate performance testing with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Must-Have Skills:

• Performance Testing & Engineering

• LoadRunner

• JMeter

• Azure DevOps

• Dynatrace

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to Kubernetes and Microservices-based application testing.

• Understanding of modern cloud environments and distributed systems.

Job Types: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
