Role Description

Key Responsibilities (short):

• Plan and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta.
• Track CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions; publish weekly reports.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube (calendar, posting, community).
• Brief and coordinate creatives (posts, reels, stories, ads) with design/video.
• Write clear captions, ad copy, hooks, and CTAs; A/B test.
• Run influencer collaborations; track deliverables and links.
• Execute SEO basics, remarketing, pixels, and conversion tracking.
• Align with Admissions on lead routing, nurturing, and WhatsApp/CRM flows.

Must-have:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/Media or related field.
• 1–3 years hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads.
• Proven social media management across major platforms.
• Strong copywriting; basic SEO and analytics skills.
• Data-driven, comfortable with Sheets/Excel dashboards.
• Clear communication; vendor/creator coordination.

Good-to-have:

• Google Ads/Meta Blueprint/LinkedIn Ads certifications.
• Experience with K-12/EdTech funnels, CRM, WhatsApp automation.
• Basic video/reel editing and creative brief writing.
• English/Hindi proficiency.
