Performance Media Buyer (Google Ads)

You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for home loans, personal loans, and demat products. This includes executing Search, Display, and Call-only campaigns, performing keyword research, bidding strategy, and negative keyword setup. You will collaborate with the CRM team for GCLID-based lead tracking and attribution. Analyzing campaign data to enhance lead quality, cost per acquisition, and final approvals will be a key part of your role. A/B testing for ad copies and landing pages, as well as setting up pixel events, conversion tracking, and UTM logic for campaigns, will also be within your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you must have at least 3-6 years of Google Ads experience with a focus on BFSI, Fintech, or Affiliate Lead Gen. A proven track record with Search arbitrage and call-based campaigns is required. Deep knowledge of AdWords Editor, GTM, Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking is essential. Experience in working with CRM tools and API-integrated lead flows is preferred. You should also demonstrate the ability to manage ROAS-driven budgets and scale winning adsets effectively.
