As a Performance Media Buyer specializing in Google Ads for lead generation within the BFSI sector, your role will involve planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns for products such as home loans, personal loans, and demat accounts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Executing Search, Display, and Call-only campaigns - Conducting keyword research, implementing bidding strategies, and setting up negative keywords - Collaborating with the CRM team for GCLID-based lead tracking and attribution - Analyzing campaign data to enhance lead quality, reduce cost per acquisition, and increase final approvals - Performing A/B testing for ad copies and landing pages - Setting up pixel events, conversion tracking, and UTM logic for campaigns To excel in this role, you should have: - At least 3-6 years of experience in Google Ads with a focus on BFSI, Fintech, or Affiliate Lead Gen - Demonstrated success in Search arbitrage and call-based campaigns - Proficiency in AdWords Editor, GTM, Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking - Experience with CRM tools and API-integrated lead flows - Ability to manage budgets based on ROAS and scale successful adsets In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you can expect: - Freedom to optimize successful campaigns without bureaucratic hurdles - Performance-based incentives to motivate and reward your efforts - Potential career growth opportunities as we expand our media buying efforts across various channels (Note: The job description does not contain any additional details about the company.)
