The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and optimizing sales performance. The role involves continuous analysis of customer behavior, creating targeted marketing campaigns, and collaborating with sales and customer service teams to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth. Qualifications Strong Communication skills and Customer Service orientation Proficiency in conducting Market Research and analyzing data Experience in Sales and developing Marketing Strategies Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven track record in driving performance marketing campaigns Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
