Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, driving measurable growth, and delivering strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively to maximize ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create impactful campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and develop strategies to outperform them.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
• Ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable results.
• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
