Performance Marketing Specialist

As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing, enhancing, and expanding the internal and external operations of the result delivery department. We are seeking individuals who are highly focused on growth and numbers, proactive, and detail-oriented. Key responsibilities that you will handle at Truliyo Digital include managing ad strategies on various platforms such as Facebook, Google, Snapchat, Tiktok, etc., for e-commerce brands. Experience in e-commerce paid ads is essential for this role. You will lead the media buying team in achieving result delivery and meeting monthly goals for all clients. It will be your responsibility to ensure that deliverables and timelines are met across different accounts, along with providing strategic improvements to clients" marketing and creative teams. Additionally, you will oversee the training and development of the media buying team, continuously upskilling the team through new learnings and courses. Keeping the founders and other managers informed about current performance metrics, issues, wins, and client feedback for all partner brands is crucial. The ideal candidate should have experience managing a monthly paid ads spend of 5L for a single brand. In terms of cultural fit, we value individuals who are punctual, communicative about observations, wins, challenges, and availability, work proactively, stay data-focused, and plan ahead of time in terms of tasks, requests, and implementations. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting daily checks on all accounts, prioritizing tasks for the day, overseeing and enhancing creative briefs, copywriting, sales trackers, reports, and being available for scheduled client calls. Your primary focus will be on continuously improving and expanding the result delivery department. Requirements for this role include a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 4 years of experience.
