Performance Marketing Specialist

Note - We are an alternate Saturdays' half-day working organization (2nd & 4th sat are complete week-off)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Sr. Associate/Associate based out of Bangalore to ideate, manage, and take ownership of our paid acquisition channels (SEM, SMM, Affiliate). This role will work closely with a strong marketing team to enhance our digital marketing efforts through data-driven initiatives. Experience running localized and international performance marketing programs, display campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives in B2B real estate, coworking, or office space categories will be highly valued.

We will ONLY consider candidates with:

• At least

  2 years of experience

  managing a monthly paid acquisition budget of

  INR 15L to 50L+

  .
• At least

  3 years of overall performance marketing experience

  , with hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising.
• At least

  1 year of experience

  successfully running YouTube, Display, and Video campaigns for acquisition and branding.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as

  Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Keyword Planner

  .
• Advanced modeling and reporting skills in

  Excel

  (advanced formulas).
• Prior experience in a startup within the

  office or coworking space industry is not mandatory but will be preferred.
