Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist, located in Thane. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Daily tasks include analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies.

Responsibilities:

•  Digital Campaign Management: Implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns across meta & google (channels).
•  Keyword Research: Conducting research to identify target keywords and optimize campaign performance.
•  Performance Analysis: Monitoring metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and ROI, and providing regular reports.
•  Collaboration: Working with the marketing team to develop ad copy and creative assets.
•  Optimization: Conducting A/B testing and implementing strategies to improve campaign performance.

Requirements:

•  Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
•  Experience: 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
•  Digital Marketing Skills: Professional skills with channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.
•  Analytics: Understanding of analytics tools and data analysis.

•  Excellent communication and teamwork skills

SALARY: UPTO INR 25,000 PER MONTH
