Performance Marketing Specialist – Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads

About the Role:

What You’ll Do:

Plan and manage multi-platform ad campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing)
Build and optimize ad funnels, creatives (with team), and landing pages
Monitor ROAS, CPL, CPA daily and make adjustments in real time
Set up and troubleshoot pixels, event tracking, and attribution tags
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Coordinate with design, SEO, and content teams for unified messaging

Requirements (Must Have):

Proven track record in
Google Ads, Meta Business Suite
, and
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Knowledge of
audience targeting, bidding strategy, ad scheduling, remarketing
Comfortable with
GA4, UTM parameters, Google Tag Manager
Experience in
lead generation for services/products
— not just awareness campaigns
Analytical mindset — able to troubleshoot and scale what works

Good to Have:

Google Ads / Meta Blueprint Certified
Familiarity with tools like Semrush, Hotjar, Zoho CRM, HubSpot
