Key Responsibilities : Graphic Design : Create compelling visual designs for social media, websites, emails, print media, and other digital channels. Develop brand assets, including logos, banners, infographics, and other marketing collateral. Maintain consistency in design and ensure brand guidelines are followed across all materials. Video Editing : Edit and produce high-quality video content for various purposes, including social media, promotional videos, and educational content. Create motion graphics, transitions, and animations to enhance video production quality. Work with the creative team to storyboard and conceptualize video ideas. Ensure timely delivery of edited videos while maintaining high production standards. Required Skills & Qualifications : Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor or similar role. Strong proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro). Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory. Experience with motion graphics and animation. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Performance Marketing Specialist – Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads Location: Pune (Onsite) Experience: 2–4 years (Minimum, Hands-on) Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (Based on skills & performance history) Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role: We are seeking a performance marketing specialist who doesn’t just know how to run ads — but knows how to make them convert . You’ll manage paid campaigns for lead generation, brand visibility, and funnel optimization across Google Ads, Meta (FB/IG), LinkedIn , and more. This is a role for conversion-focused professionals who’ve handled actual client budgets and understand attribution.
