Track and report key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Work with the creative team to design high-performing ad visuals and videos.

Stay updated with ad platform changes, policies, and performance trends.

Requirements:

12 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (internship or agency experience counts).
Strong understanding of
Meta Ads Manager

, and
Amazon Advertising Console
.
Knowledge of
pixel setup, events, and conversion tracking
.
Basic understanding of
Google Analytics, UTM tracking
, and
landing page optimization
.
Comfortable managing budgets and reporting performance to leadership.
A data-driven mindset every rupee spent should have a purpose.

Bonus Points:

Experience with
Shopify, WooCommerce, or D2C e-commerce
