Role Overview

Google Ads and Bing Ads

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  performance marketing campaigns

  on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and performance reporting.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign ROI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve

  ad disapprovals, suspensions, and egregious policy violation issues

  with Google and Bing.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience segmentation.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest

  SEM/PPC trends, tools, and compliance guidelines

  .
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of proven experience in

  performance marketing

  with a strong focus on

  Google Ads and Bing Ads

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  campaign setup, optimization, remarketing, and audience targeting

  .
• Proven ability to

  resolve

  egregious

  policy violation issues

  and bring campaigns back online.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using

  Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other performance tools

  .
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  search, display, shopping, and video campaigns

  .
• Certification in

  Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)

  .
