We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is an expert at running high-ROI campaigns that drive traffic to websites, generate quality leads, and convert visitors into real eCommerce sales — especially on Shopify and DTC platforms. ✅ What You’ll Do Plan and execute campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads Drive high-intent traffic to Shopify and eCommerce websites and convert to sales Generate qualified leads for service-based and product-based businesses Manage and optimize full-funnel strategies including retargeting, lookalikes, and cold traffic Track and improve key KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL, conversion rates Use tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager for tracking and insights Work with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives and landing pages Continuously test and optimize ads, audiences, creatives, and sales funnels 🎯 What We’re Looking For 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing Strong background in Shopify and eCommerce sales growth Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, CRO, and ad tracking Proficient in GA4, Meta Ads Manager, GTM, UTM tracking Results-focused mindset with the ability to handle multiple client campaigns Immediate availability is a strong advantage 🚀 What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses High-growth environment Offices in Kochi and UAE, backed by a collaborative, forward-thinking team 📩 Ready to Apply?
