Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (social, SEM, display) to maximize performance

✅ Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics to improve ad efficiency and reduce CPA

✅ Create marketing performance reports

✅ Collaborate with creative teams to test and refine ad strategies

✅ Implement new trends and techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness

✅ Content Creation: Craft engaging content tailored to the brand’s audience

✅ Community Management: Engage with followers and manage online interactions

✅ Social Media Management: Maintain brand consistency across all social platforms

Requirements:

✔ 0.5 - 1 year of experience in performance marketing or paid media

✔ Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and PPC strategies

✔ Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability

✔ Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends

✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns

✔ Strong problem-solving and communication skills

✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
