Job Description:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing & Shopify Ads Specialist with strong expertise in running and optimizing paid campaigns directly on Shopify Ads and other digital marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should be result-driven, with proven experience in scaling e-commerce brands through high-performing ad strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Shopify Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and drive sales.
• Manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify Ads Manager).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Implement advanced targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation strategies.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize Shopify store performance and product listings.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and audiences.
• Stay up-to-date with Shopify Ads features, performance marketing trends, and industry best practices.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Shopify Ads / Performance Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Shopify platform & ad integrations.
• Proven ability to scale e-commerce campaigns profitably.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, GTM, Conversion Tracking.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
