Job Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Account Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and be comfortable using Tally or any accounting software. The role requires attention to detail, timely reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, auditors, and banks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or any ERP system.
• Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
• Assist in monthly GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliation.
• Handle vendor payments, invoice tracking, and follow-ups.
• Support in payroll processing and employee reimbursement calculations.
• Assist in preparing bank reconciliation statements.
• Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and accounting documents.
• Coordinate with auditors during monthly/quarterly audits.
• Support in TDS calculations and returns (if required).

Required Skills:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or any relevant degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
• Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and basic accounting practices.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil (spoken & written).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes.

Preferred:

• Experience in handling accounts for private limited or partnership firms.
• Familiarity with statutory audits and company tax filings.
• Exposure to payroll software and HRMS is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
