Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to manage, implement, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Maintain and optimize company websites and landing pages for SEO and user experience.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
• Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Manage marketing automation tools and lead generation funnels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Coordinate with agencies and other vendor partners as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance marketing tools.
• Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
