Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Manager of Digital Marketing to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of running successful campaigns across various platforms. You will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and generate leads
• Manage campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, and display advertising
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital platforms
• Monitor key performance metrics and report campaign results
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Experience managing a monthly digital marketing budget of ₹20 Lakh
• Hands-on experience with new acquisition and remarketing campaigns
• Proficient in Excel and analyzing dashboards via Data Studio or Tableau
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, especially Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and App Campaigns
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a deep understanding of online marketing metrics
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; self-motivated and organized
• Knowledge of Appsflyer, Excel, and Tableau is a plus
